Yes, you will want to keep some items Estate Solvers will discuss sale items and family keepsakes together, and we will decide the best action to gain the highest price for your items.
What is our next step?
You will determine when you would like us to start preparing your sale. Keep in mind it does take several hours to get your items ready for sale. Because, we know all families would like to keep a few keepsakes we ask all items removed from the house before we start.

What is one of the most important parts of a successful auction?
Because photographs are so important to your sale photos our team will take hundreds of photos that will be used for advertising and marketing of the sale.
Will the auction house keep records of the items in the home?
Yes, we will. Our team will compile a catalog list. One for the auction and another of the items given to local charity. The list is equally important to probate records as well as your personal records.
How will you promote my auction?
Marketing and adverting will be done on different websites, such as auction sites and our Interested buyer’s Database (IDB) of local and regional estate auction buyers. We no longer advertise in the local newspaper. If you prefer we advertise in the Evansville Courier please notify us and request additional cost.
Your auction “Today is the big day”
As a result of all the hard work, your items will begin to sell. We will work with buyers to ensure your auction liquidation runs smoothly. Likewise telephone calls, text and emails will be received rested assured Estate Solvers will address each one.
How will the high bidders receive their items?
Preparation for shipping and pick-up will begin. Processing of invoices, credit cards, checks, or cash payments will begin. High bidders of the auction will come to pick-up their items. Our auctioneers will work with high bidders for a second -day pick-up if needed.
What will happen after the auction is over?
You will decide what you wish to do with the items that are left. This may include donations, bulk sales, or landfills.
Will the home be ready for the real estate agent?
Estate Solvers LLC of Evansville, Indiana will vacuum or broom sweep, wipe down counters as we remove our tables and supplies. We will be put trash in cans or dumpster.
After the auction when will I receive my check?
Once all checks and credit card payments have cleared the bank the check will be sent to you minus our agreed fees. It takes approximately fourteen business days after the sale completes.
